The Prospect Strings' performance at "Design Goes to the Opera", a Goldstein Museum of Design benefit, was featured on the Star Tribune Scene + Heard page on July 25th.
"One of our Board members wrote:
'This was my favorite GMD benefit. For me it was because of the opera connection. It felt as though we were given an actual performance (indeed we were). It was something for the entire crowd to focus on and share at the same time. It’s a much different experience than having a nice band serve as only background music. (And, speaking of that, the string quartet was stellar and I’m glad we sprung for the cost of bringing them in—they truly enriched the event.) The opera singers had so much personality and energy which spilled onto the crowd.'
We had a lot of verbal comments at the end of then night about how good your were. Congratulations!"
