Italian Sonatas and Capriccios: The Virtuoso Violoncello Music of Eighteenth-Century Italy

Virtuoso violoncello music of eighteenth-century Italy, including Sonatas by Luigi Boccherini, Nicola Porpora, as well as solo cello Capriccios by Guiseppe Dall' Abaco. The program will conclude with Suite No. 3 for Unaccompanied Violoncello in C major by J.S. Bach.
